SHIPPING COVERAGE Rascal's Party Shop Limited delivers nationwide across the United Kingdom. We currently do not ship internationally.
PROCESSING TIME
- Orders placed before 2pm are processed and dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday)
- Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be processed the next business day
- Processing may take longer during peak periods (holidays, special events)

- Available on all orders under £40
FREE Standard Delivery
- Automatically applied to orders £40 and over
- Delivery time: 2-5 business days after dispatch
Express Delivery - £9.99
- Delivery time: 1-2 business days after dispatch
- Available on all orders at checkout

TRACKING Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
DELIVERY ISSUES If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe:

- We'll investigate and resolve the issue promptly
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES If your package arrives damaged or goes missing:
- Contact us immediately with photos (if damaged)
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- Claims must be made within 7 days of expected delivery
BULK ORDERS Large or bulk orders may require special shipping arrangements. Please contact our team for a custom shipping quote.
ADDRESS ACCURACY Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
