14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD (UK DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS)

As required by UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without justification. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days of delivery. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund - no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition as received

HOW TO RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the item is faulty or not as described.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, and we'll cover return shipping costs.
